DICE, collaboration agreement between the Higher Council for Scientific Research (CSIC) and the National Agency for Quality Assessment and Accreditation (ANECA), the entity that finances its maintenance. It is a tool created by the Research Group Evaluation of scientific publications in Social and Human Sciences (EPUC) of the Institute for Documentary Studies on Science and Technology (IEDCYT) of the Center for Human and Social Sciences (CCHS) of the CSIC.
